74.8kg for a loss of 1.0kg this week.
I am now officially in the healthy BMI range, the first time since I was a teenager 25 years ago.
I thought I would look too skinny at this weight, but I don't, I just look healthy.
I started doing my walks this week, but turned them into runs. When my Doctor told me off in January at 94kg, he said try running, well in that first week my longest jog was for 180meters, my heart just wasn't handling it, so I stopped doing any running and just dieted.
This week I was doing 3km jogs each day, takes me about 15 minutes, which is all the cardio work I need.
Tuesday 15th May I'll weigh in, as that's my 4 months up that I said I would diet for. After that I will continue to eat healthy, but not weigh all my food and count kj's. I'll keep an eye on my weight though, just to keep track. I want to stay under 75kg to be in the healthy BMI range, truth is I still have a slight tummy, and could probably do with losing another 2 or 3 kg. Will see how I go not weighing everything first.
