Hello again,

70.2kg today

Well it's been around a month since I last posted on here, I've lost another 1.2kg in that month. I have been working on my fitness and toning up a bit. I got a new pair of jeans last week, but this time the waist is 30 inches, not 40 inches like the pair I got 6 months ago.
Just need new shirts etc now, they all look a bit ridiculous. I plan to stay around this weight too, so it's time to spend up on clothes.
I look back at photo's from earlier this year, what a difference. I took a front and side shot after I started on the diet, when I was at 92kg, and had already lost 2kg, a good reminder to keep an eye on my weight.

Hi again,

68.5kg today

It's been 7 months to the day since I started my change to a healthy eating lifestyle.
Total weight loss is 25.5kg.
A friend who hadn't seen me since early January when I was 94kg, and didn't know I was losing weight, was at a kids party I was at, her jaw dropped, she use to work at a weight loss place so she would notice peoples weight change if anyone would. She was amazed to say the least.

I am eating more food to maintain my weight now, so shouldn't lose any more. I'll keep an eye on my bathroom scales every week to make sure.

I''l be back here to post an update in a months time.

Hello again,

68.1kg today.

Another month has gone and I am able to maintain my weight at 68 to 69kg.
I feel like this is my ideal weight for my frame and lifestyle. I feel fit and healthy, clothes fit much better and I have much more energy.
I could probably do with a bit more toning and general fitness, at least I can do that now without getting exhausted.

I'll be back in another month with an update....

Hi Again,

68.0 kg yesterday

Down 0.1 kg from a month ago, so I'm happy to not be putting any weight back on.
I am still eating healthy, but I still have my treats as well, which include dark chocolate every day and ice cream for dessert.
I still need to do more cardio/fitness exercise, my road is having major roadworks at the moment, so the odd run has gone out the door, they should be finished in a few weeks though. just in time for summer.
I'm heading off for a week of fishing tomorrow, hope the fish are biting......

You're doing such a good job, well done :D

I have found that you have to put in a similar effort to maintain as it took to lose!

Hi again,

68.8kg up 0.8kg from 2 months ago.

Looks like I missed blogging a month, I have put on 0.8 kg but still in my preferred range of 68 to 70kg.
I am not having any trouble staying in this range, been below 69kg for 4 months now. I think I have actually lost a bit more fat and gained some muscle as I have been toning up a bit recently.
Lets see how the Christmas period goes...

Hello again,

69.4 kg up 0.6 kg from last month

I'm pretty happy to only gain that amount over Xmas, as I was having the odd beer/wine. A lot of bbq's and birthday's as well in the last month. In general I was eating food I wouldn't normally have.

I'm still aiming to stay between 68-70 kg.
