Week 3 weigh in today - 2.8kgs. VERY happy with that as my goal this week was 2kgs.
Apart from cleaning the house non stop and running around after 3 kids (2 school aged and one little one at home with me) I haven't really done any cardio at all. I am waiting on my husband to hire me a treadmill. I really enjoyed going to the gym last time I was on my health kick, but I figured if I got one for the house maybe I could encourage my husband to go on there a bit too
Ive been doing stomach crunches and leg and bum exercises every night for about 30 mins or so. Sometimes I do 30 in the early evening and then one before bed.
Feeling good, much more organised around the house, have set myself a new organisation mission every day to keep me active. Its been raining the past week so stuck indoors with toddler.
