Hi guys,

I weigh myself every fri morning. Although its Monday, my weight on Friday was 76kg
Have a good week everyone!

SW-95kg
GW-69kg
CW-76kg
Weight loss so far-19kg
7kg to go!!

Thats awesome Bex!! I just noticed your starting weight, you've done sooo well!! How are you feeling this week?

Hey!
Well I'm feeling very demotivated. Extremely tired & lazy which I know is the opposite of what I need to be but just struggling. I joined this forum to get some inspiration & kick this last 7kg I'm so desperate to do it but I have days (like today) where I physically struggle to get up. Its pay day tomorrow & I've made a decision to go get some iron tabs, I've had anemia most of my life so I'm putting my tiredness down to that! I sneakily weighed myself this morning, thought I was so demotivated that seeing the scales may giv me some motivation but no such luck. I've laid on the couch writing myself a to-do list but that's bout it so far & today is my RDO so I really shud get going! Anyway, enough talk, I'm gonna get my butt into gear! U r doing well, ur weightloss so far is outstanding!!!!

Ive PM'd you Bex ;-)

I have days like that as well where I am so unmotivated. The things can keep me going are like I said the Healthbook group on facebook, My Fitness Pal app on my phone, and a photo that was taken of me at my husbands birthday on 5th Feb. I looked enormous and was trying to hide my belly, like I do in every photo. I started my health klick 3 days after seeing that photo, and I don't want to look back.
This week Ive had AF and been in AGONY, I want to cry its so painful. But I heard the best way to get rid of cramps etc is to push through them? So although its been pissing down with rain here for a week, and I have a toddler home (other 2 are st school, WOOT) so can't really go anywhere, Ive been doing what I can at home. Situps and crunches, leg lifts. I have no idea what Im doing in regards to exercise... Ive never done it in my bloody life hahaha!!!!!
This board is a little slow, but I'm always hovering around trying to find support and motivation and Im here to give it anytime!!

Just think... you CAN do it!!!!

20kgs!!!! Congrats!!! :)

And I find the best way to deal with cramps (no medication) is a heat pack straight onto the lower stomach!

Hey guys,

.2kg loss. Not what I was aiming for, but a loss is a loss...I started a new eating plan today, designed especially for losing the last 5(or so)kgs. I'm newly motivated & hope to smash it next Friday!
