I have days like that as well where I am so unmotivated. The things can keep me going are like I said the Healthbook group on facebook, My Fitness Pal app on my phone, and a photo that was taken of me at my husbands birthday on 5th Feb. I looked enormous and was trying to hide my belly, like I do in every photo. I started my health klick 3 days after seeing that photo, and I don't want to look back.
This week Ive had AF and been in AGONY, I want to cry its so painful. But I heard the best way to get rid of cramps etc is to push through them? So although its been pissing down with rain here for a week, and I have a toddler home (other 2 are st school, WOOT) so can't really go anywhere, Ive been doing what I can at home. Situps and crunches, leg lifts. I have no idea what Im doing in regards to exercise... Ive never done it in my bloody life hahaha!!!!!
This board is a little slow, but I'm always hovering around trying to find support and motivation and Im here to give it anytime!!
Just think... you CAN do it!!!!
