Thankyou!
Just updating everyone!

Today i rode 120km's straight.......... It did hurt a little but i kept on going haha. It felt so good when i finished it, i just could wait. 1 hour and 15 minutes on the exercise bike straight. I'd usually split the 120km's up but i messed up in the morning, things didn't go to schedule so i had to do it all in one hit.

But as for tomorrow im going to have a long awaited rest day. I will get activity in though..(maybe haha) depends how i pull up tomorrow! However i really want to go swimming at the town pool. But it's going to be real busy because it's school holidays..... So ill be thinking twice before going haha.

Iv'e also noticed iv'e been getting leg aches at night after my exercise bike rides. Looks like im going to have to get more salt into my eating, just not to much.

Your leg aches could just be muscle tiredness which we all get when we increase our exercise

Well done!

Thanks, im trying to find the recommended daily intake of sodium for my age(17). And just calculate how much i get in tomorrow, then ill soon find out. Im not a massive fan of salt though, considering it contributes to heart disease if you have to much. One thing i do is use more pepper than salt. For some reason i love pepper.

there should be enough salt in the veggies you eat.

It's unlikely the pains in your legs are related to salt loss because cramps are excruciating

Just updating again. My rest day was yesterday and i had some little treats but wasn't much. Only treat i had was 3 small bite size easter eggs, so i never went off track! Maintained my weight great, i also rode 120km's today and went for a 1 hour walk. I was feeling pretty pumped haha.

Well well well... good friday wasn't so good. Ill get to it, i ate some seafood and didn't feel to good after, i believe food poisoning. I also ate some deep fryed scallops, prawns, calamari(not sure about spelling)!!!! Apart from that food poisoning i had to exercise allot more today considering how much i ate so i increased my 120km exercise bike ride to 180km's! Yep you saw right! 180km's yewww. So yeah it went well i felt like spewing up some times, mainly from the food poisoning i believe.

So yeah i never really put any weight on today, as food Easter! Iv'e made sure iv'e only got a small egg, and looking foward to eating it.

HAHA wow. I havnt used this forum in like 2 months? Ever since easter. So quik update for everyone, i gained 4kg's over easter. I never stuck to that "one small egg" i had ALLOT of chocolate. Which brang my weight up to 104.7kg's! After that i kind of felt like a failure, so iv'e been exercising my hardest for the past month and have hit well bellow 100kg's now! I dont know my official weight right now because i have food/water in me, but i shall weigh my self tomorrow morning and let everyone know! Im nearly 1/4 of the way to my weight loss goal of 77 kg's!

Iv'e been riding my exercise bike and using my home gym as hard as i can go for the past two weeks, iv'e built some muscle considering i can hardly doing pushups since i slacked off for a month after easter. Muscle turned to fat, :(

Sooooo yeah lookout for my weigh in tomorrow!

Good to see you, Phillip, and to know that you hadn't gone forever.

These quick weight gains are usually just as quick to come back off if you dont lose heart.
I'm not doing so well but still coming down verrrrry slowly LOL

Better when you go off track to come in here and get the support than go into your shell and comfort eat

Good luck!

Current weight is 98.5kg's now! I believe i can get down to 96 by Saturday this week!

Since i dont have much shifts at work this week, im going to be exercising allot! Jogging in the morning then straight onto my exercise bike and then to the pool! This should be a good challenge for me haha.
