Weighed myself yesterday - 15/3/2012

Weight = 144.7 kilos :oops:

Ok - so because I joined the 12 week challenge I weighed myself this morning and am now down to 144 kilos. So somehow I lost 7 kilos this week - yeah right - knowing my luck I will put weight back on next week

I am also weighing myself again on Sat - so it will be interesting to see if I have lost weight or put it on.

Ok - so I can't remember the last time I posted on this thread, but I weighed myself on sat and I have lost only 100 grams.

100 grams.

Mind you I didn't do any exercise last week and I made sure that I had breakfast at home and took my lunch to work everyday last week.

Might have to get back in and do some exercise.

Goodwork on your weightloss so far, and also good work on maintaining your weight. It may not be a weightloss, but it's not a weight gain either. Should be proud that you've maintained your weight, because it can be hard even when you've reached your goals.

Well another week has gone past and another week where I have not done any exercise.

But wouldn't you believe it - I have still lost 200 grams.

I suppose it's better then a weight gain - which I thought I had.

Will be definitely trying to do exercise this week

Good that you're diet alone is helping you drop weight :)

Remember once you start to exercise again that your muscle build up will slow weight loss so dont get despondent :)
