Ok - so because I joined the 12 week challenge I weighed myself this morning and am now down to 144 kilos. So somehow I lost 7 kilos this week - yeah right - knowing my luck I will put weight back on next week
Goodwork on your weightloss so far, and also good work on maintaining your weight. It may not be a weightloss, but it's not a weight gain either. Should be proud that you've maintained your weight, because it can be hard even when you've reached your goals.
