Retire, you are doing great! keep it up hun! If you dont lose weight one week dont think of it as failing, just an off week and get back on the wagon.. its not failing because you havent given up :) Good luck!

I just seen your pledge for week 7.. do you have the shakes for all three meals or brekky and lunch with a low cal dinner? I have Rapid burn shakes that i want to try soon.. I got 3 containers given to me.. I cant wait to see how much you lose next week :) Good luck!

I have fresh vegetable juice and cereal for breakfast with psyllium husks and chia seeds added.

For lunch I take an optifast bar as I rarely get the chance to sit down for a lunch break

Dinner's the only meal I have a shake :)

I was really strict last week after the weekend and lost 1.6K.

I'm hoping to be really strict at it again this week but my consistency drops after a good result ...self sabotage

Haven't been all that good this week so wont lose much.

I have to be more committed if I want to reach my 12 week challenge goal.

Love those challenges but haven't joined the May one cos the 12 week one will go through May

I think i also self sabotage aswell, In my head im like i have lost 6+ kgs so i can treat my self... a few times lol..
Which is kinda what i dont this week so i know my loss (if any) will be minimal..

I managed to lose 0.2K this week even though I dont know how I did it.

This week's got to be another 'good' week if I want to make my challenge goal...and I do!

I think my problem now is that it's getting a bit cold for the pool and we've been having some rain at last so I haven't been going to the pool nor getting on the treadmill which is something I was doing when I got back from the pool.
I need to set up a new routine :)

No, I'm still finding it difficult to get on the treadmill without going to the pool first and am only going to the pool at the weekend.

I got up this morning fully intending to get on the treadmill then Hubby got up right after me (He usually has a bit of a lie in at the weekends) so, by the time I did the juicing and had breakfast we're well into the morning..9am

Oopps...what's my signature this week?? NO excuses cya in 30 mins!

BTW still managed a bit of a loss this week :)
