OMG!!! I DID IT!
I was convinced that because I had my 'reward' day yesterday I was not going to hit my goal weight for this week, but I DID!
It just goes to show that when you are ENJOYING your lifestyle and the food you're eating, the weight WILL come off. It's been proven that people who are stressed, depressed and lacking sleep do not lose as much weight as people who are happy and rested.
I AM SO PROUD OF MYSELF!
I haven't been this weight since I was about 17. I'm 21 now!! Goodness me. Here's to another amazing week of health, fitness and weightloss.
