So I will do my weigh ins on a Monday morning, before breakfast. I guess having this up here makes me officially accountable!!

Does anyone else fear the scales? I hate the idea of gaining weight and seeing it as a number in front of me...Maybe I should do it every two weeks instead? What does everyone else find works well for them?

Most at the moment are either committing to eith er1/2 kilo, 1 or 2 kilo per week depending on what they think they can achieve.

If you want to try and commit to something then start your weigh in something like this:

18 June Actual Start Weight
25 Target = Actual+
2nd July
9
16
23
30
6th Aug
13
20
27

I think that is what the dates everyone is at with at the moment.

Hope you can jump aboard. If you don't want to weigh in weekly and only want fortnightly that is just as good but we tend to find we need to assess ourselves weekly, all up to you.

Lovely, I think I'll do it that way then :)
1/2kg a week seems very realistic and healthy.

I'm going out today to buy a new set of scales!! I shouldn't be so excited about something like that!!
Can't wait to weigh in tomorrow...I wonder what my weight will be? I haven't weighed myself for around 3 weeks.

Good morning everyone!
I am so excited today because last time I checked the scales I was 70.6kg, I am SO thrilled!!!

Today I weighed in at 68.9kg.

What an amazing kickstart to my weightloss journey (be it a small journey). From here I will aim for a loss of 1/2kg a week. WISH ME LUCK!!

Current Weight: 68.9kg
Goal Weight: 64kg
Goal Body Fat Percentage: 13%

1) 18.06: GOAL: 69kg ACTUAL: 68.9kg. DONE!

OMG!!! I DID IT!
I was convinced that because I had my 'reward' day yesterday I was not going to hit my goal weight for this week, but I DID!
It just goes to show that when you are ENJOYING your lifestyle and the food you're eating, the weight WILL come off. It's been proven that people who are stressed, depressed and lacking sleep do not lose as much weight as people who are happy and rested.

I AM SO PROUD OF MYSELF!

I haven't been this weight since I was about 17. I'm 21 now!! Goodness me. Here's to another amazing week of health, fitness and weightloss.

No loss this week :(
But no gain! That's always a good thing.
I'm not sure if I should re-jig my weekly goals...Maybe I'm aiming too high?

Wait until next week, one week is not an issue. Don't get down on yourself.....not everything goes according to plan. Lets see how you go and if you feel your target is not achievable at all then rejig it but wait for the weigh in next week.
Youve done well so far though so keep the spirit up.

Thanks Sharrelle, I'm coming up for that time of the month so I'm thinking that I've got some extra water weight right now. I suffer very badly from cramps and I think my body knows!

Today's weigh in!

Last week: 68.3kg!
This week: 67.9kg!
I'm actually taking this week's weigh in as a WIN :)

I am thinking that my weight loss is more on a two week cycle than a one week cycle... So I am changing my tracking to bi-weekly weigh ins.

18.06: GOAL: 69kg. ACTUAL: 68.9kg.
25.06: GOAL: 68.5kg. ACTUAL: 68.3kg.
02.07: GOAL: 68kg. ACTUAL: 68.3kg.
09.07: GOAL: 67.5kg. ACTUAL: 67.9kg. Didn't achieve the 'goal' but I'm still very happy with this!
23.07: GOAL: 67kg.
13.08: GOAL: 66.5kg.
27.08: GOAL: 66kg.
Current Weight: 67.7kg
Goal Weight: 60kg
