Are you exercising much? I have started aerobics and toning exercises but I'm not very good at them yet. But I'm going to keep it up. A friend of mine lost 25kgs over 10 months by counting calories and exercising. She is now a size 10 and extremely fit. Quite motivational
Oh! And she has kept to the same weight for 2 years now.
