The duromine diaries

Postby dinosaur371 » Mon Sep 10, 2012 8:09 pm

So I have decided to record my progress etc on here :S
I am trying out duromine for the next 30 days and while I know I /shouldn't/ be getting on the scale every day I just can't help myself
Today was the first day 10/09/12
SW = 78.8 kg @ 7am
Jumped on the scale when I got home from work out of curiosity 78.3 kg @ 4pm  , drank about 2.5L of water and had salad for lunch. It's awesome to actually see progress instead of ~79kg that I have been looking at for 2 months. Especially considering it's /that/ time of the month.
Off to the gym now :D Super excited!

Day 3 12/09/12
77.3kg
Total loss so far 1.5kg :D
My plateau of 79ish kg seems to be gone! Hooray!
Been having trouble sleeping, I think I will just take duromine until the weekend and see how I go without it. Maybe take it in 5 day blocks with a few days in between so that I'm not reliant on it/ don't pile all the weight back on.

Thursday, no duromine today. Need to be able to get some decent sleep and have had a headache for two days.
Weighed 76.2 this morning.
I think I will do ten set of 3 days one duromine all up, at least a week apart.

23/10/12 - 74.9 kg
Would like to be 68 kg (or less!!) by 8/12/12 (which is a little under 8 weeks)- going to a birthday where some people I used to be friends with will be... need to look fit and thin... mostly fit.
so aiming for 4+ gym sessions a week (monday/tuesday/thursday/friday or saturday) and eating meat and salad/vegies for a few weeks.
No more being a blob :/

73kg
The last 2 kilos have been such a f***ing pain to shift, plateaus I hate you!!
Its exactly a month until the stupid birthday thing, If I have to go then I am at least going to look great.
Taking up squash again on Monday with the boyfriend, I'm sure he will run me into the ground :/
I'm trying to find a flex dvd or something online because I want to take swing dancing classes and would like to be able to do splits etc.
Blah I need more motivation/hours in the day!!

So it's nearly 2 months since I got the duromine script, taking the last one today.
72.5 kg
Which means I am down 6.3 kg in two months :D Final duromine weigh in will be Saturday morning so fingers crossed maybe a little more.
All up since June that's 13.5 kg.
That's the size of an average 2 year old.
It's also as much as the spare tyre in my car.
Gross :/

Great going....now what happens ...do you just maintain a certain calorie diet. Just interested as to what the next stage is.

Keep it up...you must feel great.

I was just maintaining and doing ok but I have noticed that I have slowly sneaked my way back up to 74 kg. Being back at uni and ditching workouts to study, very slack. Need a kick up the bum!

Sally

There are no quick fixes in life and especially weight loss. Work on a healthy lifestyle and you will have a permanent weight loss solution. Pills ain't going to do it. Sorry :(
