Well, I started off at 102 a few weeks back, and via a combination of running daily, counting my calorie intake, using the BMI calculator and energy needs calculator from this site, diarizing food, exercise goals, and weights I'm actually losing some weight and feeling hopeful and pretty good and fit. Not there yet though, On the scales after a run today I was actually down to 94.7 kilos- had to hop on 3 times just to make sure the scales weren't mistaken. I realise the optimal time to weigh in is first thing in the morning though, but was so happy to see the scales under 95 just had to post! :D

Oh yeah and also using the great recipes on this site, family and I are loving them.

This morning it was 96.8 then after my run 94.8. Looks like I'm on the right track! For a while there I thought I wouldn't be able lose it for some reason, but amazingly the BMI may not be a load of rubbish. :)

Great going Andy.....just keep ploughing along even when you plateau.
