We all want it yesterday! You're doing OK. Good steady losses are the way to go.
Your skin will thank you for taking the time. If you loose too quickly your skin won't cope and you'll end up a wrinkly old prune like me.

My 1st week I lost 2.5kg and thought that was the benchmark for each weekly number (what did I know?...I was a beginner). I worked like a demon but rarely bettered my 1st week loss. By week 25 I had lost 50.9 kg, averaging just over 2kg a week. Felt I was always chasing the tail of my goal. Towards the end, the weight loss dropped off badly. By the end of the journey I was happy with
any loss. My average over the 60 weeks was 1.4kg off.
The legacy of such rapid loss is very loose skin. If I was naked on a cliff and a wind blew me off. I would have nothing to fear. I'ld simply glide down using my bat wings!
