Hi guys, well I had a bad 2 weeks i lost motivation and didn't walk didn't eat healthy not sure why just felt lazy

didn't help we went camping for a few days I guess and the heat is crazy!!
I got up this morning and went for my walk though feeling like I'm ready to get back into it. So I'm back!!
My weight today is 77.5 ( lost 0.6kgs over the last 13 days since I weighed in)
So at least that's not so bad..... I will weigh in Fridays now.
I need to reset my mini goals I think to help keep my focus so -
My goal for this week - walk everyday fri-fri
- drink at least 2lts of water a day
My goal for the end of the month - 75kgs (one of my reward goals and will mean an 11kg total weight loss do me)
