Boo to you Kim!! Lol

We in qld are really coping it at the moment so send some sunshine our way pretty please!
Tomorrow we have hot weather forecast but storms in the evening. Not sure that will be great for the flooding in our area. We are lucky though compared to other areas flooding very minimal. The river here is expected to peak at 10m tomorrow morning, we can see it filling out the paddocks below us. Thank god we live on a hill!

I would have fudged that weigh in. Once I discovered I needed 0.5 I would have gone on the exercise bike for 30 minutes and then weighed myself "officially".

At least your end of the month weigh in had "75" number in it...so you did reach 75kg really...sort of.

Good work Tegan. Should be proud of what you have done so far...now finish it off! :D

Thanks Tink, Kim and Em. I always put off weight loss thinking nah it's too hard or I can't be bothered "I'm happy" but I'm kicking myself now! It's hasn't been that hard and now that I'm used to eating healthy and a morning walk is my routine it's actually quite easy. I know I still have 10.5 kgs to go but so it may get harder towards the end!

Ok weigh in this week -

11-1-13 ~ 77.5 kgs
18-1-13 ~ 76.9 kgs (loss of 0.6kgs)
25-1-13 ~ 76.1 kgs ( loss of 0.8kgs)
1-2-13 ~ 75.5 kgs ( loss of 0.6 kg)

Not a big loss but I'm get used to smaller losses now and considering I had three days inside due to wild weather I did pretty well. If I had walked those three days I may have gotten to my goal of 75 :| oh well look out 70 here I come!

Awesome job Tegan! You will hit that 75Kg mark in no time at all and will then be focussed on 70kgs, I can tell by your determination that you WILL achieve your February goal!

hey tegan,
dont be too upset with yourself. At least it is a loss and every gram makes a difference.. Hopefully next weigh is better for you...When i lose such a small amount i just think to myself at least it was not 200 grams put on....Keep being diligent in exercise and eating healthy and you will see the results....

Wishing you all the best for the coming week..

A loss is a loss. Wait until you get a zero week or worse a gain week...they really hurt! I may have lost 87 kilos all up but nevertheless I still had weeks where I fell flat on my face. :? Especially at the sharp end when a 0.2 is harder to achieve than a kilo loss when you start out. My first week I lost 2.5 kilos with little effort. Figured that I would reach goal by week 35 at that rate...so innocent was I...I was only 25 weeks out!

It may be character building but it still gets to you eh? Work it hard and you WILL win through.

Tegan it is easy to be accountable when you've got a great number to boast about...character is being accountable when it hits close to home. Well done for stepping up and showing us that you are made of the right stuff. :D

A low number and being able to put your finger on why it is low is a helpful kick in the pants to make next week's figure really count. The only damage done is that yu could have gotten to your goal quicker. The upside is that you have learnt something about yourself that will help you for life.

Now go kick some butt for next week! Ok?
