I remember spending hours riding my bike around and around as a kid.... I don't remember it being this hard!! Lol I hope it gets easier!!

Riding a bike will give you a butt of iron...or at least a butt of callouses!

Repeat this mantra as you ride your bike..."What doesn't kill me makes me stronger."

This bike activity is going to pay you back in good results big time. :D

Thanks guys, I think getting used to the bike will just take time. At least I didn't fall off that was my biggest fear lol. I hope slowly after practice it will get easier but then I will just ride further!! Lol

I wish you all the best for 2013!! Stay safe tonight but enjoy whatever it is you are doing!! I'm off to bed lol ahh the joys of being a mum. 2 kids already tucked up fast asleep the other 2 watching the end of their movie and my poor hubby starting to get ready for his shift at the hospital which starts at midnight! I hope 2013 is a fantastic year for all my new found weight loss buddies here :D

Hi guys, well I had a bad 2 weeks i lost motivation and didn't walk didn't eat healthy not sure why just felt lazy :( didn't help we went camping for a few days I guess and the heat is crazy!!
I got up this morning and went for my walk though feeling like I'm ready to get back into it. So I'm back!!

My weight today is 77.5 ( lost 0.6kgs over the last 13 days since I weighed in)
So at least that's not so bad..... I will weigh in Fridays now.
I need to reset my mini goals I think to help keep my focus so -
My goal for this week - walk everyday fri-fri
- drink at least 2lts of water a day

My goal for the end of the month - 75kgs (one of my reward goals and will mean an 11kg total weight loss do me)

Wish me luck guys!!!

Losing over the Christmas period while you're not focusing on your health is a great result! I was in the same position but still managed to lose 300g and I was stoked! Go you!!!

You will find that getting back into it will give you a "kick" in weight loss. By slacking a bit your body has gone into a cruising mode. The sudden extra exercise and eat control will shock a good weight loss number out of it. So give your body hell and get that good number! :D

75kg by the end of the month is doable but you will have to really disciplined. Shead that 2.5kg off and get that reward!

Breakfast is so important. Never skip it...ever! It really does set you up for the rest of your day.

I'm glad that you have found that routine again. It is these good habits that will give us the victory. Once you are comfortable then you can try stepping it up little. :D

Get into the groove...and then breakout!
Wishing you success

11-1-13 ~ 77.5 kgs
18-1-13 ~ 76.9 kgs (loss of 0.6kgs)

Hmmm this is going to be slower then I thought!

The closer you get to goal the slow it gets. Half a kilo is better than a kick in the teeth. A result is a result. :D

You've got 12 sleeps before the end of the month - and 1.9kg to reach goal. It may be touch and go to get to goal but why not have a good push at it? Who knows...you may surprise yourself! :D

Thanks Kim, I will most certainly be pushing towards 75kg although not so certain I'll make in 11 days but I plan to give it a good go!!

Today I checked my BMI and its 30.0 soooo close to moving out of "obese" can't wait to see that number go down!!
