Been around a month since I was last here and I will continue to pop in from time to time to see how everyone is doing and get inspiration from the amazing people that frequent this site. Anyway, over the last month I haven't been diet focussed at all but have just continued to do the things that I think are right, I guess I wasn't ever really dieting as much as embarking on a lifestyle change. The lifestyle change has agreed with me and I am enjoying my life a whole lot better than I was.
I weighed in this morning at 84.9kgs, so around half a kilo down on a month ago, I am happy with that considering I am not trying to lose weight anymore, so it is now 22.3kgs or 49 pounds lost since I started this journey, I may still see what 82kgs feels like but I am not pushing it, maybe I should lose another half kilo so that I can say that I dropped 50 pound!
Will try and post some before, during and after pics if I can work out how, hope everyone else is keeping well and pushing toward their goals!
