Good on You , Sydney Girl for keeping at it... You will reach your goal surely if you continue to keep your motivation up. I just started walking again today after almost a 10 day break.

You can do it !! :)

83.1kgs. Didn't walk today. We have a heat wave 43 degrees here today and I work outside so thought I would conserve myself this morning. Going swimming tonight though.
My goal is 80kgs by feb. I can't lose any more weight from beginning of feb till the wedding as I'm having my dress altered and need it to fit well. So the whole month of feb I will be maintaining.

Oh my gosh it's only like 7 weeks till my wedding!

It's not easy when it is hot. I've mostly been doing 90 minutes on the exercise bike as my principle exercise lately because it's been so hot. Really want to do other stuff...come on cooler weather!

Can you alter the dress to be really tight so that you can steal another 1 kilo lose in February? It will come up so quickly for you now. Looking forward to a fantastic pic of you in that dress! :D

Work that January hard girl!

I was having dramas with one of my bridesmaids. She ended up stepping down as a bridemaid last night (just 7 weeks before the wedding). I have another very close friend who I've asked to step in and she is thrilled which is great.
I really feel a weight has lifted off my shoulders. And they scales show the same today.
82.6kgs!! Yay.

Well it seems my 2 weeks of maintaining/taking it kind of easy (ie not walking everyday, and not being super careful what I eat) has not been totally negative. Since I got back into it this week my weight it's dropping fast. It's really given my metabolism a kick start.

Today 82kgs

I should add, this now means I've come a third of the way on my weightloss journey. 22kgs to go.
Also only another 400grams till I'm no longer obese!

And I'm now a little more confident that I can reach my mini goal of 80kgs by the end of Jan.

Great milestones! Already a third off? You must feel fab about that. :D

Only .4 from being no longer obese...that's the bee's knees goal for me. That is an achievement. Congrats on that one.

You are really getting into how this all works...I see it in your results and in your posts. You should be proud of how well you have battled through this journey, picked yourself up in the tough times and continued to develop your healthy lifestyle. Keep it going! :D :!:

Thanks so much for your support Kim. I've grown (and shrunk) so much on this journey so far.
I still feel that my weight loss is not really visible. And my mind still plays tricks on me. Like if no one says they notice my weight loss I put it down to the outfit I'm wearing. Like 'oh this must be so unflattering, I still look like a 93kgs woman'.
The other one that plays games with my mind is tanning. I always feel that I look slimmer when I fake tan. And if I haven't fake tanned then I think I am still size 16/18 and 93kgs.
It's frustrating, I try to override the thoughts but its difficult.

Today's weight is no change. 82kgs.
I got my fiancé to jump on the scales this morning and he was 81.9kgs. I'm only 0.1 more than him. I can't wait to weight less than him.

82.1kgs

I was diappointed with the gain. But had to remind myself that 100grams is nothing. And this week I have still lost 1.2kgs which is a great loss for a week.

That's a great loss for one week Sophie, well done!!
I find that if I jump on the scales during the week my weight also fluctuates 100-400grams, I think it's probably just fluid though so don't worry too much :)
