Another little update. I ended up reaching my goal of 65kgs in August 2019. What a fabulous feeling.
I have now been maintaining a weight of 62-65 since then.
I seemed to get a bit of publicity about my weightloss. I appeared on and was interviewed by Sunrise last August, and have had articles about me on dailymail and news.com.au
In November I headed over to the Philippines for my plastic surgery. I had an extended tummy tuck, breast lift and augmentation.
I’ve healed well from surgery and just getting on with life.
Keeping my eating under control during Covid isolation has been challenging, but so far succeeding.i have also found a new drive for exercise! I’ve been heading out to walk/run every evening 4-5km. So I’m feeling pretty good fitnesswise.
I’d love to add some pictures but can’t see how to do that. This forum is pretty stone age these days.
