*13Words Daily Weigh In*

Postby 13words » Fri Nov 16, 2012 2:27 pm

This is my new daily weigh in log!

I know weight fluctuates every day, but unfortunately for me, weighing each morning is the only thing that keeps me accountable and on track. If I weigh weekly, it soon turns in to 'Well, weigh in day isn't until five days away, so that chocolate won't hurt, nor will that extra meal' etc.

Today's weight is: 104.1kg

So long as you don't beat yourself over the head because of a lousy number your reasons are sound. I weighed and recorded every day of my weight loss. Indeed I still do. The advantage is as you have found, it focuses you daily to the task at hand. Just don't let the numbers do your head in especially as you head to the pointy end of your goal.

You are closing in on your first goal. Great work! :D What is your ultimate destination?

Wishing you future success.

Today's weight: 103.9

Thanks Kim :) I definitely won't beat myself up over it! My ultimate goal is to be a healthy BMI for the first time since I was a year old!! Yup, its true, ever since about 1 solitary year old, I was overweight, obese even!! For nearly all of my 24 years being alive! So I never have anything to compare to which is annoying. I have no idea what its like to be a healthy weight!!

Anyway, that weight is between 55 and 63kg, so long term I plan on getting there, but not focusing on there for a while, just short term goals for now!! 99.9 here I come!

I'm eating healthily and going to the gym most nights, as well as running and walking the dog :)

Welcome, and good luck.
I'm a daily weigh in also. Sometimes I find myself looking at the fluctuating number, but its so important to step back and look at the big picture. This forum is great for that. The others can put things into perspective for you. Our heads seem to morph things, so others input can be important.
Can't wait to see more of your journey.

Today's weight: 103.5

Aww thanks Sophie :) I just can't wait to get into the double digits! It seems like its taking forever! Last time I was in them, was 2007, and I was there for a whole ten days, then I was back in the hundreds and off track! Before that, it was 2003 that I was in them last!! When I get there this time, I'm going to try as hard as I can to never go back up!!
