Well, for the last three weeks or there abouts, I have been stuck on 98.6, finally this morning I'm a whopping 98.3
Hope this is the start of more loss!

Remember when that was a nothing result? Yes it is so much harder to lose it near the end...it certainly is character building! You're doing well...keep grinding it out. :D

Eddie...are you trying to tell us you were in the closet?

Wives don't like it when we get into their territory...just like we don't like them fiddling with our tools. Having said that; I must admit that I did the same. It's great to try out your old stuff and see how you are going. Then there is the day when it all starts to fit again! But do as I did...wait to your wife is not at home.

0.8kg is a good number. Keep the good work going and soon you'll be chucking out those shirts because they are too baggy...that day will come! :D

Good job...guess it is great seeing the other side of the hill eh? Plateaus can really mess up the mind. You have done really well to power though all that. :D

For better results you may want to review your habits. Here is a short checklist that you may find helpful:

Are you upping your work rate enough on your exercise?
Have you unconsciously increased your snacks?
Have your potion sizes increased without you noticing?
Have you lost focus or drive?

These are some of the things that sometimes slip by at this stage of our journey. Just something to be aware of.

Keep going. It's a hard slog but worth the effort. You are doing well. :D

Good to see you back.
It is only a set back and never a failure if you keep on trying...and learning.
Good work for getting back on the horse - now gallop that old nag to victory! 8)

Successful weight loss is about diligence - and keeping it off (maintenance) is about vigilance.
A key idea that has helped to keep me on track is the thought that losing, gaining and then re-losing is harder work than just losing and keeping it off. When I was losing weight I realised just what a waste of effort it was to claw back gained weight that I had lost.
The time spent re-losing that weight could have been better spent losing more weight rather than standing still and spinning my tyres.
As a consequence, I made a special effort to make sure that I never let the ground that I gained (or should that be 'lost'? ) slip away from me - daily.

Let's get it back to under 100kg as quick as you can.
You know that you can (because you've done it before)...now do it except this time - keep it off! :D
Go Eddie! 8)
