The real wretch is throwing away you old clothes (or donating them). When it comes time their is a voice in the back of your head that says "what if you regain that weight?"...don't listen to it! Take the leap of faith and get rid of those old overweight clothes!

The only exception...keep one outfit as a reminder of what you were...put it on so you see just how much you have changed - and keep that hunger to keep it off alive!
