Thanks Sharelle!

Good news this morning... I thought I would sneak a peak on the scales at home since *it* is all finished...and I'm weighing in under 100 kg! Ah-mazing! I cannot remember when I was less than 100, it was probably at the end of high school! I actually had a "hah! take that!" moment and felt a bit smug all morning because I KNEW I had been doing everything right!

That is a kilo drop from the start of last week... I will make sure I'm less hard on myself next time. It's all about balance.. and that includes the patterns of the body! The funny thing is I could feel that I was lighter - my exercising has been getting easier so I upped the resistance on the bike, cross trainer and treadmill! I'm expecting a good loss this week. :D

Not only losing weight but also learning those important life skills! This is the stuff that will make the difference...good work! :D

My daughter is trying to get to a healthy weight at the moment. She is just starting *it* and your sharing has helped her understand how *it* can mess with the true picture of things. Thank you for sharing! :D

Being under 100kg is a fab achievement but you know what? This is just the beginning! The more you achieve - the better it gets!

You were smart to up your exercise. It is so easy to stay in the "comfort" zone - we must always review our exercise in light of our new found fitness and lighter bodies. 8)

Celebrating your journey to a better future :D

Oh wow, thanks for the feedback Kim! I'm glad I can shed a little light on the situation, I hesitated mentioning it at first but it's something that I've heard a lot (if not, most!) women find as they try to lose weight.

Wishing your daughter all the best in her journey! I will be back here on Thursday to report in!

You're only cheating yourself... Personally, I'd hit the toilet or the exercise bike and knocked off that pesty 0.1kg.

Nevertheless 19.9kg - that's good going...you must feel fab especially now that you're under that triple digits mark. :D

Congratulations...now work your butt off to get rid of the rest!

Great news this week - I lost 1.1kg! I'm now *officially* past 20kg lost AND under 100kg according to the centre's scales (mine read about 700g less) :D

Also had measurements done. :D
Bust: 111cm (loss of 18cm so far)
Under bust: 92cm (loss of 22)
Waist: 97cm (loss of 23)
Hips: 114cm (loss of 21)
Abdomen: 112cm (loss of 19)

Total lost so far: 103 cm!!!

What a week! I also had a big test last weekend. I went away on a craft retreat and had buffet camp food all weekend. I managed to stay within my boundaries and even fit in an hour walk!

:D :D :D :D :D :D :D Yah!

Victories all over the place! 8)

I think the best one was the craft retreat. If you did well there - there is no holding you back from success!

Congrats!!! Give yourself a pat on the back - then get back into it. :D

It's that "magnificent obsession" with those successful stories and articles about weight loss that will pave the path to your success. Filling the mind with your goals, gaining knowledge of your self and this subject and above all; believing that other's successful stories can be your story too. :D

I lost 0.4kg this week. I was going to type "only" but a loss is a loss and I've had a few good weeks in a row. The trend is still moving in the right direction!

WELL DONE ON THE 'ONLY' LOSS.

Think... it could be a 0.4kg gain... All in the right direction hunny and you are SMASHING IT.

Another thing we have in common... from the time i wake up to the time I go to sleep... its weight loss stories and before and after pictures.

I AM GOING TO BE ONE OF THOSE SUCCESS STORIES TOO. XXX

Today I am going into the gym for my first workout class - bodypump. (this is going to be interesting)
