Well, I've reached a point of where I'm ready to go again and start losing. I reached goal about 10 months ago, but I gained (huh), I'm about 7kg above goal weight (66kg).
My plan is simple: lose weight every week. It doesn't matter how fast or slow, just lose every week. I want to see if I can break my previous record, 18 weeks in a row. Friday is my weigh day.
