Do you believe I forgot to weigh in! Probably lucky because I donated blood at the weekend and had to smash a heap of water before it, so the scales would have been devastating! I have been good diet wise but again have been slack on the exercise, so I am not expecting anything great this week. I'll jump on the scales Saturday morning and see how it goes. It's great to see you still hanging in there matey

Last weigh in 77.7
This week 77.2

It feels like I have been in the 77's for an eternity now but I am happy with a .5kg loss over the fortnight. Inching bit by bit to my 75 goal!

LW 77.2
TW 76.8

0.4 loss. I haven't exercised for the last 2 weeks so I'm pretty happy with this loss. Did a 4km run/walk this morning so hopefully that will kickstart next weeks loss!

LW 76.8
Tw 76.6

Damn little by little! I went for a jog 3 times this week too! Still progressing though. I'm away for a long weekend on the Gold Coast this weekend so I dread looking at the scales next week!

Any loss is a loss after-all, so well done. Very soon you will be hitting your goal weight :D

This is the meanest bit of the journey. A lot of effort for a small result. Be proud that you got something! Good work. 8)

Some things that you might want to try to help you along...

Watch your snacks at this stage. What usually happens is that with the increase in exercise, we tend to unconsciously increase our snack consumption to fuel that exercise.
Try doing something different in the exercise department. Go for a good hard swim, climb a mountain or even weed the garden. Anything that uses different muscle groups that you don't usually use. This will jolt the body to work harder and burn more calories.

Hope this is helpful to you Matt. :D

Yes it is thanks. I'm doing my usual 5km parkrun tomorrow but at the Gold Coast so should be a nice change of scenery. I'm going to go for a swim in the surf after it as we'll so that should burn a few calories!
