Well I passed challenge 1 for the week, knocked off at 4.30pm, came home and went for a jog.

Good one Matt...keep it going! 8)

To motivate your run...think of the devil chasing you with a layer of fat that he wants to pin on your gut! If that doesn't get you running full speed I don't know what would!

Still 76.5 on the dot this week. I went for a jog Monday, then got stuck in the routine of long hours at work to get things done. I just can't face a jog at night after a 12 hour day. My diet was still pretty good.

I'm starting to sound like a broken record hahaha.

Keep going strong, don't give in, you will make it - do lots of incidental exercises that all adds up too. I haven't given up on you and I won't - I'm cheering, screaming & willing you on, i'll be hoarse soon

Keep it going Matt. Good to see that you can maintain that weight - bodes well for your maintenance stage. :D

I know that after a tough day at work the last thing you may want to do is hit the pavement but I've found from experience that once started the jog is a great way to end the day. It gives you a place to wind down and get the whole day in perspective.

You can do this Matt! 8)

75.8 you bloody ripper! That 76 barrier was a killer, I thought I'd never break through it!

I have just been for a 45min jog/walk, albeit the first one for the week. I have also registered and paid for a 10km fun run in august, so that will give me the motivation I need to train and keep on the straight and narrow.

I cannot wait to sneak under the 75's now!
