I am abandoning my previous thread as it depresses me seeing all that work down the drain...
But I am doing it again... Every Monday I'll weigh and record. Loose or gain

Hey dearest,

Glad to see you back and accountable, you will knock those kg's off no worries and be back in double digits before you know it :)

Just don't get disheartened, I have faith that both of us can smash through this tough time and be dancing and enthusiastic again when we hit those 70's once more.

Await your weigh in next Monday :)

Some days will always be harder than others but I want this more than I want a packet of biscuits or chocolate  I've got to the point where I NEED this, I can't stand to be fat any longer. That's not putting myself down, just being realistic.

I know in my heart we are going to make it Sas, we will get these first 15 or so kg's out from under us, smash forward into those high 70's and I think that is the point where we fell off the wagon. So we need to have a chat about our plans, share what we want to change this time around to reach that goal but not make it too hard that we want to give up.

I'll be jumping for joy when I hit the 70's again so I don't mind taking my time from there to make certain it sticks. Let's do it T! :)

Hehee I have no doubts that I will triumph this time and not fall off the wagon again! That was what went wrong last time I felt close enough is good enough and I slacked that is what I gotta be careful of this time!

You know me and the scales I weighed again during the day today and I am sitting on 101.3 I want double digits.. Which I will get coz I am kicking some a$$ from Monday, heardin back 2 gym #happy_dance# :P.

And Shell that rest day is definately on this time that another mistake we did the last time, I think we exhausted our bodies to max! Although we were killing it but when we fell we fell on our faces so let's keep that in plans!

Uuumh so I migh just loose 5.4 kg without gym which is quite impressive :P

Ur weigh in day is Thursday neh? How did it go?

No slacking off this time round but as I said, we kick arse to move those horrible 90's and 80's kg's then we take a step back and slow it down. We will still see the results we want but not burn out, that is key.

OMG, you are so close to double digits again, I'm so proud of you, what an epic effort! 5.4kg almost with no exercise, kick arse! I'm happy you get to go back to the gym on Monday and glass you are excited about it :)

I see you saw my weigh in thread so yep, every Thursday I will be weighing in. I am feeling rather lazy today as I had a huge sleep but probably needed more then went and did a few errands and went shopping, just had a juice for lunch so now I'm ready to nap. I don't want to lay down or anything though cause I really need to walk this afternoon. I know once I'm there I'll kick butt....
