Thanks JP it feels real great to be on the 90's the 80's will be much better though!

Shell can I tell you I am struggling with the unfamilia autmosphere I always have. I lost my cycling seat cover and, and, and... Big baby lol but really I hope to warm up to the new gym soon and enjoy my workouts... This new gym looks better than the previous one. More upgraded, so I should be fine soon!!!

On the lighter side of things I feel good about my progress so far and my determination levels r sky rockettinng. I am looking forward to another loss this week...

LOL, no excuses gf! :P But I can completely understand. I get soooo anxious at gyms with everyone looking at you etc so that's why I walk where no one can judge me  Upgraded is always good, more on offer and you may find the new atmosphere refreshing :)

You are kicking absolute butt, T! I'm so proud of you, you'll be catching up to me very soon  I just cannot WAIT to see the 80's again...that also means I'll be 5kg away from my goal for the challenge. I've just gotta keep smashing forward, putting in the hard work and the results will speak for themselves :)

Agree that this time does feel different, it feels better, like we're doing it the right way and FOR GOOD! No more kidding ourselves or pushing to the brink of collapse. Sensible is key!

Nicely done babe! A small loss was to be expected after some truly epic losses the weeks previous. A loss is a loss and it's to be celebrated! I'm sure you'll pull a bigger number next week, everything always evens out :)

Great guns babe, I know it's only small but as JP said, that's 8kg GONE! It will make exercise that bit easier and I'm sure your energy levels are improving :D It's hard on small loss weeks to look at the bigger picture but try and focus on the other ways you feel good, NOT just the scales. We are going to make it! NEVER GIVE UP, dearest!!

Thanks JP and Shelly I am not sure why I am not disheartened with the small losses it just means I am in this to win it I guess. Normally if I see small losses I lose the momentum and wanna give up, but this time I just keep going regardless. That's an improvement on my side. Like I said this is the last time I am doing this failing which I will stay fat forever

Let's keep on going!

I'm so glad to hear this! A win in my books! Each thing done differently this time will see it off for good. I am trying to find my second wind for the challenge. Will be very happy once I can tone things down a bit, as you say, a small loss will not deter me like last time!

You will do amazing babe! I expect to see a great loss on your return! ;)

Hotel food isn't as bad as it use to be, a range of salads, lots of gluten free options, grilled fish and lean meat. Don't be afraid to ask for dressing on the side or NO butter etc on the vegetables. Tailor it to what you can eat, most places will be happy to change things up a little bit for the benefit of health :)

And get those runners on and pound the sidewalk when you can! Does the hotel have a gym?

I always been not so good with being away and not being in control of what I eat and when I get to the dinning hall there is a whole lot of variety that always throw me off the rails, but honestly I been trying hardest to stick with it especially with the training! Fortunately my friend the hotel had gym facilities that I used to the max but the food was just beyond me so I am not sure where I am at but luckily I don't feel heavy at all. I will go back to my routine and find out on the 8th (weigh in day)

I'm happy with my progress though. It could have been worst!
