Still in the game! Good on you for keeping it honest. It is one thing getting on the scale when you know things are going well - it is quite another putting yourself on them when you are worried what they will bring. This is the part of your character that will see you through to the end. Excellent work! 8)

Glad that the exercise is coming together for you. :D When tackling the food part, try breaking it down. Figure a way to change/stop just one aspect of the problem first rather than trying to battle the whole lot in one bloody showdown!

Go for it...that lifestyle is coming together!

Good on you, T for stay accountable. 97kg is not bad at all, nice one!

I have been shocking this week. My eating is all over the shop, my exercise is the same. I'm annoyed and angry that this one thing has managed to unhinge me and I refuse to give in

So back into it from today onwards. I'm number one, I'M most important and I will look after myself and I will not let this jeopardise all the hard work I've put in! It's just hard to want to exercise when I'm so down but I will, no matter what.

C'mon, T, let's kick this up and kick the kg's in the butt!

Hello Guys
I am well and alive and most of all I haven't stopped thriving for the better me. Its been hard as hell but I keep going. Sometimes when I look on the mirror and kind of assess how much fat I still have to trim off my body God knows I always want to give it all up but I know better so I always keep going...

How have I been doing really???
In the past I was training and training and training and when I go to the scale - no loss, or very little loss will show. This was so demotivating in so many ways than one. I wanted to give up and stay fat for life... Uuuumh yea that option crossed my mind so many times when I burst my a$$ off at the gym and at the end of the week see very little change on the scale it always got to "what's the point" kind of mindset. Loosing weight is HARD. But staying overweight is HARDER hence I kept going. I went back to what I did when I lost almost all the weight the last time, which was incorporating weights and cardio and what do u know I have been seeing some descent losses over the past week. I guess my body doesn't like exclusive cardio very mych huh!!! In any case the last time I weighed was last week Saturday and I was 94.66kg. I am really not holding my breath for a loss this week though its my payday week and one way or the other my payday week hinders my progress everytime!

Feels real good to be back to associate myself with the people that has the same goals as me! Trying to loose weight without support sucks.

At the moment I really would like to see my weight fall back into them 80's then from there half the battle is won. When I am in the 80s I feel lighter and wanting to keep going. 4.66kg to chip off and I'm there!! :D

Looking at the brighter side of this I have lost over 10kg since I starter so something is definately happening...

Oh yes Saturday is my weighin day...

I say we resurrect our thread and start afresh :D the FINAL journey. Let's do it!

That is precisely the major reason why I am back her Shel, I can't do it on my own I need YOU and everybody here in the forum to keep me accountable right till the end!

Believe it or not I went through our thread last night and I couldn't help but laugh and at the same time I was shocked at how we have let ourselves go till we reached the big numbers we had said goodbye to. I say let's go back to the drawing board and try once more and for the last time... Did I say try??? I meant let Do this once and for all!!!

Thanks for being here when I need you... Let the games begin!
How much do you weigh now hun?

We WILL get there, I am certain of that. Together we are unstoppable. I'm not sure how much I weigh now, probably in the low 90's again :'( going to bust my butt from here on out though but will give myself a week or so to get the scales back down a bit again. I'm not hiding from the numbers but my emotions are terrible right now. It takes one tiny thing to see me off right now, even my Mum telling me I shouldn't paint any more because I have way too many painting has put me in the most despondent mood lol. So going to those scales now will only make me cry. I will weigh in next Thursday whatever the outcome.

Thank you T for coming back, I am so beyond happy to see you here and excited about the journey ahead! I will resurrect our forum tomorrow and start planning :)

Welcome back Sassy. :D

You are coming back at the right time. A lot of the guys here are about the same weight that you are now. What better way to get encouragement, help and accountability than from people who are exacting in the same place you are now?

Band together guys! One thread breaks easy but bind a whole bunch of threads together...then there is real strength! 8)

You can do it...step out and believe!
