my 1st weigh in: not to bad considering its been so hot and out of my normal routine
started at 101.8kgs today weigh in at 99.8kgs all in all very happy with that. looking forward to a few cooler days so i can get out and walk. my aim for next week is another 1kgs and hope do do a lot of pre cooking so on a hot day all i have to do is reheat. :)

Hey Lollie,

I feel you on the heat, it's been disgusting! Seems we're in for a cool change here so definitely to be taken advantage of. Congratulations for hitting double digits! :D Always a great feeling and a really nice loss for the week. Keep up the great work, 1kg a week is definitely achievable and pre-planning for meals definitely helps with avoiding cravings and bad choices.

hi guys my second weigh in is not so good have stayed about the same. at least i didn't put on. i know its a poor excuse but its been to hot to do anything but drink water. when i get to hot i don't feel like eating. hopefully i will get a better result next weigh in
