I feel you on the heat, it's been disgusting! Seems we're in for a cool change here so definitely to be taken advantage of. Congratulations for hitting double digits!

Always a great feeling and a really nice loss for the week. Keep up the great work, 1kg a week is definitely achievable and pre-planning for meals definitely helps with avoiding cravings and bad choices.
