OK so today was weigh in day.....
So a loss of 500g have to admit I was a bit worried about this one, as have had a busy week and haven't had the chance to exercise as much as I would have liked and also had two dinners out one for Valentines and one to celebrate my Uni graduation, I tried to make the best choices as possible but was still a little scared!!
So all in all happy its a loss and not a gain!!!
Done really well with my water intake this week, drank over a litre everyday which is a huge feat for me....I don't like water at all, even when I was a baby I wouldn't drink it so have been blocking the nose and forcing it down haha!
Im also a bit skeptical about my scales.....seems they like giving different answers everytime you get on them!! So after I discovered that I waited until I got the same answer 3 times...so not too sure how accurate my first results/SW were!
