Taking two weeks off?!!!
Haven't you heard? There are no days off in weight loss!
...We really should get a better union!

Work your life into that healthy lifestyle that will lead to long term success. Figure ways how you can deal with life's challenges like Easter and work it so that it doesn't bowl you over for a six. Don't panic...just think smart. :D

77.7kg is a fine number. Don't go backwards - hold the ground! and go forward! 8)

It's the clause after the one about weight loss not going to be inconvenient nor cause any hardship like sweating or hunger. It's in very very very small fine print.

ha ha ha ha...YEAH union will be good:)

I know it was stupid to take off he he :D    ..But i was tired of weighing myself in everyday and to be honest it was little to be accountable. i was getting stressed that Tuesday is coming in 5 , 4, 3,2 days ha ha it was horrible ....Anyways, weighed in myself today after weeks i m 76.1kgs today..

Not a great result but i am glad i didnt put on any weight. i was v bad as far as diet is concerned but exercised pretty regularly...

I have 6kgs to lose now and i will be going v hard from now onwards HOPEFULLY..

That's a great loss, Sonya! And that's just it, it's a LOSS ;) Every number down is closer to that figure you want to be. Keep going, you've got this!

Yes I agree - you have had a good loss...so you must have been doing some right things on your "holiday". Good work.

Funny how you viewed your weigh in weekly day. For me it was the opposite. My weekly weigh in day was Friday mornings. My Saturdays and Sundays were usually my "slack" days (those are my working days) and then I would gradually up the ante as the week went along. The closer I got to Friday the more eager I became to get that week's obtainable mini goal. Thursday and Friday (early) mornings became times of huge activity as I raced to the finish line with relish!

Only 6 kilos to go! Within arms' length. Remember the time when goal seemed so far away? Time to stretch yourself and grab the prize! 8)
