its one step at a time,sometimes its feels like baby steps other times we feel as if we are a giant...
but as long as the steps are heading in the right direction from now on I will be happy,
I understand there will b ups and downs,
but if I can just roll with them and keep trying I will be happy....

I could have done so much worse myself,i could have gone crazy with the cocktails but in the back of my mind was JP all weekend I was thinking I must be good for JP,it really did help me knowing we were in the same boat,
I wanted too stay afloat,but by the end of the trip,lets say I was going down...

The hardest part was in the car for so long it made me so hungry and the lollies...

See my parts the food,im a foodie...Wish I wasn't.

that little bit of heat that John feels on his neck is me....
and hes going too start feeling more heat,
when he wakes up he will feel me,
and when he goes too bed at night I will be there....

10.3 kg's in 7 week's im extremely happy with my efforts,I'm not at all expecting
another 10 kg's in the next 7 weeks I don't think it is likely too happen again.It
would be highly unlikely ...
But I'm enjoying the ride.

I will keep working hard and hope that the motivation stays......
