The first page of the Forum is divided into sections. Find the section marked "Special Topics". In that section is a topic called "Forum Help" click onto that. On that page listed as first topic in main section is "How To Copy & Paste A Ticker Graph".

Let me know if you can't find it and I'll post something there and you can use the "read the unread post" button to get to it. 8)

1 Kg a week is great going if you can keep it up and if you have no distractions and eat well and exercise a bit you should be able to keep it going ! Well done..

As the saying goes "keep your eye on the prize"!

So often people embarking on a weight loss journey, lose something far more important than just kilos.....sadly (especially as the numbers get smaller) they lose sight of the real reason why they're wanting to shed the excess weight in the first place and do they end up losing focus, and so inevitably regain any loss.

Stay focused, and keep reminding yourself that ANY loss, no matter the amount, is always better than a gain AND it's a step closer to the new and healthier you!!!

Diva is right on the mark here. I've been thinking a lot lately why it is so hard for many people it actually reach goal. Many people lose much of the weight that they need to but fail to finish the task off.
I'm beginning to think that Diva is correct about why. They lose focus and let the goal drift away.

It is a bit like if you know you have only six months to live. Knowing that tends to focus you on the important things in life. Someone once said that youth is wasted on the young. Most of us live our daily lives as if we are immortal. It is getting older that gets your mind to centre on what is important. Same with weight loss. When we are huge - we see the problem big time. Then we lose weight, get lighter and more fit...there is a spring in our step and we begin to feel younger and more immortal...and the urgency goes - then we drift and fail to see it through (not just to goal but also to maintain healthy lifestyle forever)...and regain the weight.

I can relate to the not finishing the job off syndrome too, I'm dangerously close to the weight where I look good, feel good and all my clothes fit me.. But I've realised it's a just a trap.. Need to go on with the job and finish it off once and for all..
