So here it is, Monday's is my weigh in day and I weigh in using the wii fit program. I don't own conventional scales as yet.
So my start weight was 126kg
Week One: 123.9kg
Week Two: 121.5kg
So as of the end of Week Two I have a 3.5kg loss! I really can't wait to get out of the 120's..... for good. So I'll just keep plugging away, walking at least 30mins every day, keeping my calorie count around the 1250 mark and hopefully this weight will drop off bit by bit, I'm very conscious of loose skin so slow and steady will win the race!
