i do mini goals as my big picture is way too big,
my goals had been
under 100
then 98
92
and now my goal is
88...
finding it so much more doable with my goals being realistic than me trying
too think about 78...oh i do think of 78 but i have too keep telling myself how well
im doing by getting too my mini goals..

i believe that if i don't put on any week that's a goal for me also and i
pat myself on the back,
if i go off chops and go off the wagon,i go ok gf you had a bad day
start fresh tomorrow...
do you have a mini goal weight?
and do you reward yourself when you hit that mini goal??
ive started buying myself a new pair of knickers when i get too a 0 or 5,
well thinking about it the treat is more so for my husband
but i get a kick out of it also....
