An interesting result this week - I was a little sick with some flu like symptoms, and the medication made me quite tired. Because of this, I didn't have a lot of energy, and my exercise routine suffered quite a lot.

Yet, I still managed to lose the same amount of weight as the week previous. Some people might look at this and say that I could continue on my path of no exercise - but I know that this won't work.

After my most disappointing result so far, I have decided to no longer report my weekly weigh . It has become embarrassing and depressing, and I no longer wish to feel that way.

HI
Sorry to hear you don't feel great......maybe don't report in the lead up to christmas, you are just getting over a flu or something similar and if it depressing you on reporting your figures then take a break...not a break in the healthy department but maybe take a little pressure off yourself so you can get back on track. The weather in Vic is so inconsistent at the moment - One day hot the next day you need heating it is playing havoc on everyone...even the pets are out of whack!
Is there something you can pinpoint that you can make a change this month. Make a commitment to change 1 thing in December to help you.If you can focus on one change that would be great. A food habit or an exercise habit. You know the old saying - Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.
Let us know how you go.

Time to come back and continue the journey!
Those that continue - move forward towards the goal...
those that only look backwards - lose ground and get lost.

Don't waste what you have already achieved.
Time to pick yourself up - dust yourself off and move to a better future! 8)
