Well, this is my first 'official' weigh in and am happy to say I had a loss. Although I weighed in yesterday, and am ashamed to say that last night I was at a coctail party and consumed quite a few empty calories. So this week I will have to work hard and hopefully I will maintain my loss (not put on) Happy New Yr to all!

Last week 82kg
This week 80.7kg

That is too true Deb...I hate that "feeling fuller than full" feeling....yep I too get the bowling ball effect boobs when I am due!! (it is the only time I fill my bra out properly!! :P ) I reckon you are going great Deb and I can't wait to see your figures for next week!!!!

Well done Deb!

Postby tiffanyp » Wed Jan 03, 2007 9:09 am

Hey Deb, excercising for two hours is great! Well done.

You must feel great to be under 100kilo now.

That is certainly going to spur you on even more.

What kind of excercise do you do? When you started you weight loss journey what did you start with?

I am so keen to rediscover my ribs!

For the first time in my life all of my weight gain has been in my stomache/chest area - I look like I am pregnant.
