Congrats everyone on your hard work this week. Normally I weigh in on Sunday, but this week I didn't lose anything - in fact my scales said I put ON 0.1kg. Nothing to worry about I know. In fact considering I had thai one night, indian one night, and another night I had two dinners. I am extremely lucky to have (basically) maintained my weight. Thank god I at least got off my butt, went to the gym twice and played tennis. This week my social calender is nil, so hoping for a better result next week!

Well, I just weighed myself & it looks as though I've PUT ON half a kilo. I now weigh 97kg!!!

I'm absolutely depressed now. This is why I don't weigh myself when I diet!! Saves me from feeling like censored when I thought I was going so well. I can't understand it. I've kept my calories down, I've been exercising. Only one day I didn't exercise & that was Sunday.

   What am I doing wrong????

DONT PANIC!!!!

Try moving your meals around to jolt your metabolism. Eat 6 x small meals for a few days... check that your water intake is on track.
Remember, it didnt take a short time to put on the weight and it isnt going to take a short time to get rid of it!

Stay positive girlie!
And, read what the others write, 'cause I am sure you will get plenty of wonderful support via the following threads that come through to you....

Believe in yourself!!! You CAN and WILL achieve your goal weight!!!

Shaz - dont stress to much, although I know how extremely dissapointing it can be. Although its quite possible you have gained muscle. Are you taking measurments as well? Often they are more telling than the scales. Keep your head up and keep perservering - we can all sympathise with exercise fuelled results with no change on the scales. Oh and another thing to think about is how your health and strength is improving! Think about how much further you can push yourself at the end of the week in comparison with the begining. Either lasting 2 minutes longer, or finding you are not as puffed out so soon - all huge achievements - and very telling of an improved you! :)

hey simmy nice quote hehe

shaz dont be depressed and ruin all your hard work you have accomplished so far including your positive mindset. there are many factors as to why you couldnt put on weight. fluid, muscle big meal portions etc etc. next week you will probably have massive loss!

yep have posted a litle about it in my progress.
It was so hot you couldnt breath, I watched robert seeks (I think his name was), it was so hot who could remember
play, but then they cancelled all outside court games because it was 41 degrees off the court and 50 on

Got to see lots of nice bods though, but again it was to hot to concentrate. I enjoyes it alot more last night watching it in front of the air conditioner after swimming in the pool with my niece for a coulple of hours I tell you
