Last week- 82.7kgs.
This week- 82.6kgs.
I am a day early, but somehow I don't think that would have affected it. I had a bad week.
But at the same time I have learnt a good lesson, I won't get where I want to be if I don't control my mind.
My goal for the next fortnight is to get under 80kgs.
I know its doable.
