Hi everyone, I'm new (just posted in intro page)

This week I weigh 90kg

I was 93kg last week, so I have done well. For me it's just about not eating sugary crap, all my other meals are pretty healthy.

I hope I can post a great result on here next week!!!

Well done Mel that is a fantastic loss...keep up the great work. A good natural sugar fix is to have some grapes (there are really yummy frozen) as they are naturally sweet. 100g of grapes (without the stems) = 1 serve of fruit.....hope this helps your cravings!!

well I weighed in today for the first time in two weeks after my time away and was happy to still be at 98 kg.
I was expecting a big gain after all my wayward eating, and got my TOTM today so cant be happier with my result.
[no excuses, I can do it!

Welcome Mel!

Hey guys, just been reading alot about TTOTM. I know some of us can retain fluid around that time but can it really affect your weight that much?

Hi Aquagirl it sure can affect your weight a lot....i can gain anything up to 5kgs before my period is due it sure comes off quick when they have disappeared!! It doesn't affect all women. I have a friend who is thin and she has to have 2 different sizes in her wardrobe all the time as she goes up a complete dress size when she is due for hers.....it is just horrible.
