not mine, a friends. It was pretty good. I did pretty well considering but the food was so-so and not what you would call healthy, but once in a while is ok (I've just been having a number of 'special occasions' recently).
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
