last week 89kg

this week 88.9kg

0.1kg loss but was TOM and weigh in was at night instead of normal morning.

Well I confused the hell out of myself this week, and weighed wrong somehow. So even though I posted i was 90kg, I was actually 92.5kg. Then I forgot to weigh this morning so I'm about the same (tonight).

So I think I will just start from the weigh in tomorrow cause even i can't keep up!!

Not that great really, it's been up and down for the last 4 weeks.
I am desperate to get to 95kgs and I just seem to be hovering around in that area without quite getting there...

76kg. Bugger, back up 1 :roll: I blame the hens night and the numerous morning teas recently
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

hey fluffy- i know that is like :S it is a struggle thats for sure. you will get there. maybe swap something around in your routine to see if that makes a difference.

hey tegan was it your hens night? if so how did it go?

not mine, a friends. It was pretty good. I did pretty well considering but the food was so-so and not what you would call healthy, but once in a while is ok (I've just been having a number of 'special occasions' recently).
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
