HI everyone,

There is some great losses this week. Congratulations to you all. And welcome to our newest forum users!! I haven't been able to post this week, really busy.

Last week: 81.1kgs
This week: 79.5kgs
Total loss: 1.6kgs

Woo Hoo!!!!!!!!! I reached my goal of getting under 80kgs by today's weigh in. I feel so happy with myself. :D

After 2 weeks of plateau I'm losing weight again :P

last week 72.8 kg
this week 71.1 kg :mrgreen:

I feel like I am getting smaller each week but the scales just aren't showing that :x

74kg...woohoo
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
