i knew my home scales were dodgy!!! :evil: Time for the bin.

Will get a correct weight when i go to the gym.

Had a BAD weekend and now i'm paying for it....

Last week 70kg
This week 70.4kgs

Oh well, could have been a lot worse.... :P

Well done to everyone. My weight last week was 103.000 & this week 102.150kg. Very pleased to see the weight coming off. Mind you I am being very careful & exercising which is a big bonus. For a person who does not normally like exercise, I am enjoying it immensely. I am sure it is because of the fact that I have a buddy.

As I started to say at the end of my last posting, it certainly helps having an exercise buddy. We are going to our local pool & doing exercises that my physiotherapist has given me. I have osteoarthritis in both knees & even with my weight loss to date, I have found that my knees aren't aching so much!! I don't know whether it is in the mind or not - lol!! Anyway I am very pleased. Just need to keep it going.

well done jane! its good the weight is coming off at a steady pace and its good you have something low impact on the exercise front. keep it up!
