Boo Hoo! I gained 1 kg, my thyroid gland needs a good exercise shake-up and I must remember to drink all eight glasses per day.
I think I'll have a week of no added salt and no added sugar too (if it's hidden in a food I can't do too much about that but I'll abstain from adding it.

I know I say any loss is better than a gain but gee .20g :?

Now I'm .5g away from loosing 20kilo. Gerry reckons I should have taken off my ankle support that would have weighed .5 g :wink: :D

Emma, you lost so much, congratulations. Just another week and we find out who's our monthly champion.

Fairie, hair cuts and pulling teeth is another great weight loss solution. Don't worry, I know you'll nail a loss for next week for sure, I'm working on mine now.

I hope some of the new girls come here and record their weight for this week..

2 days late i know :oops: i have put on 1 kg this week . I only really cracked down on eating and exercise on wed so hopefully i will see some change next weigh in
