Hi all - my weight last week (21.2.07) was 101.100kg & this week it is 100.300kg. I was hoping that I would be under the 100kg. mark but I have had a hard week because my mother-in-law is in hospital. Normally when I have been stressed out in the past, the first thing I head for is food. However this time, I have to keep telling myself that I don't need it!! Keep your fingers crossed everyone that I will be in double figures next week.

Everybody is doing well - so keep it up folks!! I am very proud of you all.

Thanks for the encouragement Ally. Unfortunately my mother in law is coming down with dementia & it is very sad as her mother had it also. She is becoming very demanding & unreasonable but we have to make allowances for this. As long as I keep telling myself that I do not need to head for the food to get me through this situation. :wink:

Yes Jane that is the important thing to remember....food is not the answer to this problem you are facing! If you can get through this without turning to food, you are going great......just keep repeating that to yourself....food is not the answer. We are here to support you when you need it mate! *hugs* :wink:

Hi all - a bit of disappointment. I did succumb to a bit of extra food last night!! However I am back on track again today. It's a new day & I cannot afford to dwell on yesterday. Onwards & upwards to the new me!! :D
