Weight last week was 100.300kg - this week 98.900kg. In double figures at last!!
First time in years!! Thanks to everybody who encouraged me last week when I went slightly off track last Wednesday night. I surprised myself by getting back to it on Thursday. I have also upped the exercises in the pool - instead of doing just 10 sets of every exercise, I increased it to 20 & hopefully next week will get to 30!!
Good luck to everybody with their weight losses also. I cannot thank everybody on this website for their encouragement also.
