Well done so far guys!!!
I had a pretty average week weightloss wise...and definately won't be reaching my goals now in the time frame...oh well...keep on keeping on hey!!!
I had my Mum staying with me this week. She eats really bad (although she absolutely shouldn't) and my usual meal schedule was interupted with taking her sightseeing and eating at resturants. Although I only ever ate the healthy options wherever we were...I think I ate too much bread (as I steer clear of it usually) and my body has thought it was having a party with carbs again!!!
This week will see a much better result!!!
