I think you have done an amazing job to lose 10kg in 8 weeks Jane...keep up the great work and don't be too disheartened with a small loss...they all add up matey!! :wink:

well weigh in day , my scales are on the dodge, but according to curves scales I have lost 0.5kg

94.3kg now

I am not sure if anyone has asked this but...

What time does everyone weigh themselves?

Is it the morning weight? Because I think everyone is about a kilo more in the afternoon/evening...

Which weight are we going by?

its more accurate to weigh yourself first thing in the morning after you have been to the loo, naked and before you eat anything. that way you dont have a full bladder/bowel, and you havent got the weight of food and drink in your system or the weight of clothing. if you weigh in with clothes you might want to weigh your clothes one day- i remember sarah mentioning that she has done that so you can subtract that amount from the weight on the scales if you weigh in dressed

You can go by whichever weigh in you want Zoeh but it is best to weigh yourself under the same circumstances each time. So if you weigh in the morning naked etc always do it that way and around the same time. If you weigh in the afternoon fully dressed, always do it that way.

Personally I'm a morning weigher.

You guys are doing so well, keep up the fantastic effort, it really is worth the fight. :D
