If I decide to change my scales, ie I've been using the ones at the gym and have now bought a set for home. How do I know which one to go by? Whether or not I have lost weight.

Sometimes you just have to weigh on whatever scales you decide to use and then go from there....that is what I had to do. Keeping the tally of weight you have already lost and then start again with the new scales.....geez I don't think I have explained that clearly :roll:

id go by the scales that you will be using most. and perhaps use the gyms one for when you want to check for accuracy?

I weighed myself on my scales at home this morning and I'm 87kg there but will see what the scales at the gym say, then will alter ticker. I forgot my towel so i'm going to have to dry myself with the papertowels! how funny is that!!!!!!

congrats on losing another KG Ally!!!
