Hey Everyone,

Got into it more this week. Am walking 1km and jogging 1km each night (alternating of course...still couldn't jog a whole km at once!!!) and am also doing some other exercise each morning and night for about 20mins. It nearly kills me but I feel good after I finish it each time.

Last Week: 102.00kgs
This Week: 100.6kgs

Can't wait to get into it agin for next Sundays weigh in!!! I am looking forward to breaking through that 100kg mark!!!

Thanks for all your words of encouragment guys!!!

I have managed to get my hubby into losing weight properly again. He has lost 50kgs over the last few years and so now every night when we go on our walk/jog he pushes me when I am moaning and complaining about how the running is killing me!!! LOL!!!

It's definately better now to have us both concentrating on getting healthier.

I was really happy with my results this week...and am looking forward to next Sunday to see how well I have done again.

I said to my husband...I absolutely have to do this as it's the one thing in my life that I never gave myself any "real" control over. It was so much easier to eat cause it made me happy. It gave me that false sense of security that made me believe that my life was just so full.

I'm sure alot of you know what I am talking about!!! :lol:

It was certainly a learning curve when all of a sudden I wasn't able to use food as my "feel good" mechanism anymore. I did chuck a few tantrums I must admit and sometimes still do feel grumpy when life stuff happens and I have to sort it using "grown up" methods and not food!!!

Anyway...enough babbling...

Well, last time I weighed myself (Saturday) before finishing TF I was 99.9, so that will have to be my new starting weight this week and Ill weigh in again on Saturday.

Dangit :( :( I'm blaming it on the antibiotics, I feel so bloated it's not funny!!! Or it could've been my mini-binge Saturday night (see Confession section) :oops: :oops: Ah well!!
